ONE TO ONE CHI KUNG SESSIONS

Chi Kung is the science of cultivating and managing your internal energy. Thousands of years of wisdom distilled into movements to stimulate mind, body and spirit.

Chi Kungs simple movements, stretches and meditation techniques change the body at core level, balancing and smoothing the flow of internal energy. In Chinese wisdom it is blocked, stagnant or deficient energy in the body that causes disease, pain, mental and emotional problems.
