Chi Kung is the science of cultivating and managing your internal energy. Thousands of years of wisdom distilled into movements to stimulate mind, body and spirit.

Chi Kungs simple movements, stretches and meditation techniques change the body in a deep way balancing and smoothing the flow of internal energy. In chinese wisdom it is blocked or stagnant energy in the body that causes disease, pain and mental and emotional problems.

Leigh is also available for one to one tuition in Chi Kung or Tai Chi during the day on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
